Her ball gown was very easy to move around in and a fabulous dress for dancing. The room was decorated with pink flowers and sparkles. The bridesmaids were happily wearing sequined floor length dresses in a light pink and the groomsmen wore pink ties.
This journalistic moment was photographed with available light using my 24-70mm as they entered the room.
The Idylwylde Golf Club has the most spectacular views and scenes for wedding photography. Your photographer should always try and capture the location as best possible.
Our day started with bride and groom preparations in two different locations. The girls were getting ready with me as the lead photographer at her family home and he was getting ready at his dad's house with the boys.
The moments were endless with this bride as she had all her bridesmaids take turns helping her with her dress and accessories, but when mom showed up the tears started to flow when I asked them to stand face to face. We also had a first look with dad that got very emotional. As a documentary style photographer I'm trained to know how and what and where to expect the moments and I'm ready for whatever happens on a wedding day.
This cliffs in Sudbury were the ideal location for the bridal portraits. We were dealing with very harsh light throughout the entire day.
