- How did you meet?
Our moms worked together before Jonathan was born. Years later we worked summer jobs at the same think tank, 2 years after that he wanted to reconnect and we went to African lion safari... that was June 2011 - What do you remember most about your first date?
That Jonathan was far more mature than his age (he is 3 years younger). - When did you know he was the one?
When my grandmother died and he was at Duke and flew back home on the next flight and was there to support me. About a year into our relationship - How did you feel the moment he proposed?
Were you surprised by his planning?I felt complete. I was very surprised he planned a perfect proposal and had a dinner with both our families, he knew and knows how important family is to me. - Why did you choose this venue?
