One of my favourite things to do in the city as a wedding photographer is explore and follow the light with my couple in the streets of Yorkville, Toronto on the day of their Sassafraz Restaurant wedding.

I'll be honest, your photographer will need to be quick and you'll need to know what to do instantly when you're in the city. It's all about getting the shot and getting out before you get kicked out. No time for posing or light set ups wedding party photos.
It's knowing that when you walk across a street, to stop give your photographer a moment and carry on.
It's hanging out for a minute together while the crowds go by and knowing that we got the best shot we could.
This location is tricky and I get kicked out every time, but it doesn't stop me from getting the shot if I've got the right couple. It's also knowing where to tell my couples to stop so that everything behind them goes black because this is a valet parking lot entrance to a hotel and I don't want to see the cars in the cars in the background.
