A team of pro photographers available at a discount that shoot only the wedding day. Frances does the rest such as the engagement portraits, all the communications and the final album. Oh..... and the most important the editing.
Second Photographers
Another pro photographer to help document from second angles with larger distance coverage that a single photographer couldn't handle on their own such as shooting from balconies in churches or rooftops at destination weddings.
Photography by Frances Morency
Frances Morency is always the lead photographer at FMP weddings or associate weddings. If an associate is booked for a wedding day and Frances become available for your date, Frances will lead photograph the wedding.
Complimentary portrait sessions done prior to the wedding day to get comfortable in front of the camera and to meet Frances in person.
Included in all-day collections and available for upgrade during the album design process.

Culling and Editing
The process of culling and editing the images after a wedding, event or portraits.
Frances offer a 30 day image delivery guarantee, but usually exceeds expectations and delivers wedding galleries sooner.
Image Backups
Frances Morency has an extensive backup system in place to safeguard client images.
Unwatermarked full-size images are delivered via the proofing gallery with an immediate download
Full Size Black & White JPG
Clients can request a set of unwatermarked full-size black and white copies of their galleries.
Social Media Sized JPG
Unwatermarked social-media-sized files are available to share from the proofing gallery.
Proofing Gallery
An private online system that hosts all your images after they are edited and ready to view.
Your private online proofing gallery has a shopping cart attached to purchase prints or products and the bonus is your guests get to buy their own photos so you don't have to do any of the work afterwards.

Highlight Slideshows
A compilation of images I choose and create a highlight slideshow set to music.
During the initial consultation Frances will help you figure out the amount of time you need for photography coverage. Weeks before the wedding date Frances will help with a final timeline for your day.
Full day wedding collections include a physical crystal backup USB
Your print lab may request permission to print your images and we'll give you a legally binding document called a print release if you need it.

Zero Travel Fees
We don't charge km fees for Ontario weddings or travel fees for bucket list destination weddings.
We offer complimentary portrait photography for clients who had extreme weather on their wedding day.
Response Time
Guaranteed same day response time, unless i'm shooting a wedding or travelling and then it'll be next day.
Price Matching
We'll match any comparable wedding photographer competitor's pricing as long as they are similar and offering the same coverage and products.
RAW Files
Yes, we offer RAW files and they can be purchased separately.
Additional Hours
Additional hours can be added to any collection up to and on the wedding day at the current per hour rate.
Drone Photography
We have a drone and drone photography can be added on to any collection when 2 photographers are present.
Videographers
We have a list of preferred videographers we work with and offer photo & video discounts with the videographers on that list.
Choosing Favourites
Choosing favourites for the wedding book/album is not required but needed if you would like to customize your wedding book.

Rehearsal Dinner
Opt for coverage of your rehearsal dinner at a per hour rate. Rehearsal coverage includes journalistic coverage, family groupings, guest captures, toasts and gift giving.
Rush Service
Need your photos right away then opt for our rush service and get your wedding photography delivered within a week. Additional cost required
Retouching
Minor retouching is done in house however extensive retouching will be sent out to a professional for an additional cost.
Location Consultation
We have a list of preferred portrait locations with sample galleries.
On-location Set Up
Headshot clients requiring head and shoulder corporate photos on location at their place of business.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
Private clients requiring an NDA will need to sign an agreement for a confidential relationship.
Portrait Photography Timeline
Portrait sessions are 90 minutes at a location of your choice. Multi-locations are available within the 90 minute time frame including travelling.
Pets and Props
Pets are welcome to any session with FMP including and not limited to dogs, horses or farm animals.
What to Wear
A full list with samples and examples of what photographs well is provided to every client.
Wardrobe Changes
Wardrobe changes are welcome during your 90 minute session and 1 is recommended.
Wait Time
Fees are implemented for any wait time period of 2 or more hours between events where photography coverage isn't needed.
Golden Hour
The time period 2 hours before sunset when the the light is golden and beautiful. A preferred time for all portrait sessions and punctuality is a must.
Watermarks
Where a company logo or company signature is applied to your social media or JPG files.

A list of questions delivered to clients to help me plan your wedding day timeline in order to make sure you've left enough time to capture all the images you deserve.
